Larry Page co-founded Google with Sergey Brin in 1998. Both created Google’s PageRank algorithm, which powers this search engine. Today, not just search engines, Alphabet (the parent company of Google) also makes video content, mobile technology, education, digital libraries and self-driving cars.
Page was Google CEO until 2001, then gave up his position to Eric Schmidt. He continued to assume the position of CEO of Alphabet from 2011 to 2015. Page left Alphabet CEO in late 2019, but is still the controlling shareholder of the company. Sergey Brin co-founded Google with Larry Page in 1998, when the two met at Stanford University. He left as Alphabet Director in December 2019, but remains a controlling shareholder of the company. Jane Lauder is the granddaughter of the founder of cosmetics firm Estée Lauder (USA). She joined the company in 1996, a year after graduating from Stanford University. She currently manages the Clinique brand and previously the company’s Origins.

Angela Leong, 60 years old, is the private wife of Macau casino king Stanley Ho and has given him five children. She came from a wealthy military family, but fell abruptly into poverty after her father died. Leong used to have to sign up for a dance school to get free accommodation.
She has been investing in investments since she was over 20 years old and now has a large real estate portfolio in Hong Kong. Most of her fortune comes from here. Tadashi Yanai is the founder of fashion retailer Fast Retailing – Uniqlo’s parent company. He opened his first Uniqlo store in 1984, and opened his first store in Tokyo in 1998.
Fast Retailing recorded $ 2.3 billion in net profit and $ 21.3 billion in revenue in fiscal 2019. The company also owns other brands, including Theory, Helmut Lang, J Brand and GU. Les Wexner is the founder of L Brands – the global retail empire that owns the Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works brands. He has been CEO of this company for over 5 decades.

Paolo Bulgari is the grandson of the founder of luxury jewelry empire Bulgari. He joined the company when he was only 18 years old. Paolo was still a law student at the time, but was asked by his father to design necklaces, rings and bracelets for the company.
