HMD Global rolled out a bunch of new devices and services last month but that doesn’t mean the company is over by 2020.
The Finnish company has just launched a new phone called the Nokia 2 V Tella with the aim of targeting Verizon home customers and it is not clear if a new variant will arrive in international markets. Although it is a product in the low price segment, but HMD Global claims that the device still gives users things that everyone enjoys.
In terms of configuration, Nokia 2 V Tella comes with basic parameters such as MediaTek Helio A22 chip, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory. It has a 5.45-inch screen with HD resolution surrounded by thick bezels. In general, these are very basic features and suitable for the price for the device.
In regards to the camera, the Nokia 2 V Tella has a dual camera setup on the back, consisting of an 8 MP main sensor incorporating a 2 MP depth sensor that supports powerful autofocus. The product may not be able to take stunning photos, but at least it will be available to Portrait mode users. Meanwhile, the front of the machine is 5 MP camera.
A good detail on the Nokia 2 V Tella is a 3,000 mAh battery that promises to last for up to 2 days. It also comes with Android 10 and is part of the Android One program.
More importantly, the Nokia 2 V Tella was sold for only $ 168 (3.9 million) on Verizon, but on Walmart, the price of the product was only sold at … $ 89 (2.1 million). Hopefully the product will soon hit the international market at a similar price tag.
