At the ceremony, Dr. Lawyer Le Hoang Anh Tuan – Director of the European Institute of Business and Investment Law awarded the decision to appoint the new Editor-in-Chief of the European Economic and Legal Journal to journalist Phan Ba Manh. With this decision, journalist Phan Ba Manh became the youngest journalist in the country to hold the post of Editor-in-Chief.
Speaking at the ceremony, Editor-in-Chief and Journalist Phan Ba Manh thanked the Central Committee for Propaganda and Education, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association, and the European Institute of Business and Investment Law. Europe has trusted and created favorable conditions for the Journal during the past time.

In his new position, Editor-in-Chief Phan Ba Manh promises to strive to do well the tasks assigned by the leadership of the Institute and the Vietnam Bar Association to promote the European Economic and Legal Journal to develop and grow.
Journalist Phan Ba Manh (born in 1987, hometown of Tan Ky district – Nghe An), graduated with a Bachelor of Philosophy – Hue University of Science (2009); Bachelor of Political Science – Academy of Journalism and Propaganda (2020); Advanced degree in Political Theory. He has more than 10 years of experience in journalism, worked in many press agencies such as: Electronic Life and Law Magazine, Vietnam Quality Magazine; Vietnam Entrepreneur Magazine.
During his career as a journalist, journalist Phan Ba Manh has received many journalism awards. He himself is also highly appreciated by his colleagues for his ability to build and develop informational electronic journalism, research and analyze in-depth legal and economic issues; investment activities at home and abroad. He is also one of the Journalists who actively participates in volunteer activities to support people in difficult circumstances.

Also at the ceremony to announce the decision on personnel work, the leadership of the Vietnam Bar Association and the European Institute of Business and Investment Law announced the decision to appoint Journalist Phan Xuan Hong as Deputy Director. European Institute of Business and Investment Law; appointed Ms. Pham Thi Hong Thuy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the European Institute of Business and Investment Law; Appointment of GS. Dr. Nguyen Thai Yen Huong holds the position of Vice President of the European Academy of Business and Investment Law; Announcement of Decision to appoint Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Editorial Council of the European Economic and Legal Review.
European Institute of Business and Investment Law was established under Decision No. 276/QD-HLGVN dated 27/11/2014. After nearly 8 years of construction and development, the Institute has achieved a number of achievements in scientific research.
